This start-up kit for the Dare to Dream Club, an initiative of the RI Department of Health, includes a workshop curriculum, flyers, poster, mission statement worksheet, activity sheets, introductory materials, permission slips, and a resource dvd with digital copies of included materials and promotional footage of the previous year's annual Dare to Dream Conference.
